What is sealant?
Sealant is a material widely used in the fields of construction, automobiles, electrical appliances, etc. It can fill seams, seal holes, waterproof and moisture-proof, and bond materials. It has excellent properties such as waterproof, weather-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and chemical-resistant, so it has important uses in various industries.
The main uses are: electronics industry (electronic components, circuit boards, etc.), communications industry (communication cabinets, connectors, etc.), household appliances industry (refrigerators, boilers, induction cookers, electric irons, microwave ovens, etc.). Automobile industry (doors, windows, body seats, sunroofs, engine boxes and trunks, etc.). Solar photovoltaic modules, high-voltage substation equipment, etc.
Main performance: good bonding, sealing, fixing insulation and coating materials, and plays the role of shockproof, waterproof, moisture-proof, leak-proof, anti-fire, and anti-arc.
Notes on using sealant

1. The bonding sealing surface should be dense, strong, dry, clean and free of moisture, oil, dust, etc.
2. Cut the tip to meet the requirements and use a sharp tool to poke the aluminum film inside the glue outlet.
3. Install the glue gun and squeeze the glue into the place where it needs to be sealed.
4. If the surface needs to be scraped flat, it should be done before the surface is dry. It can be smoothed with a bamboo stick dipped in soapy water. Note: Avoid direct contact with the skin for a long time. If it splashes into the eyes accidentally, consult a doctor immediately; do not let children touch it. Pay attention to fire prevention, sun protection, and rain protection during use and storage.
5. The construction temperature should be above 5°C, otherwise it will affect its adhesion and curing speed.
6. Do a small sample test before construction.
