LH102 Duct Sealant is a high‑performance, water‑based acrylic sealant designed for medium and high‑pressure HVAC duct systems. Developed by Longvictor Chemical, it cures into a durable, flexible membrane that delivers long‑lasting airtight and watertight seals. With excellent water resistance, permanent flexibility and strong adhesion, it reliably seals seams, joints and flanges across all common duct materials.
Safe and user‑friendly, LH102 features low VOC and low odor, making it suitable for indoor environments. It is non‑corrosive to metals, resists slumping during application, and maintains stability from -20 °C to 75 °C. Its high solids formula ensures minimal shrinkage, resulting in consistent, gap‑free seals over time.
Available in white, black and gray, LH102 comes in practical packaging options: 600ml sausages, as well as 300ml and 280ml cartridges. When stored properly below 32 °C, it offers an 18‑month shelf life.
