MS (Modified Silane) floor adhesive, hailed as the “third-generation sealant,” is gradually reshaping the industry landscape with its exceptional environmental performance and strong adhesion.
Traditional polyurethane adhesives and silicone sealants have long been plagued by issues such as high VOC emissions, susceptibility to mold, and weak adhesion. MS floor adhesives, however, use advanced MS polymer technology that cures upon contact with moisture in the air, forming a tough and elastic bond without containing isocyanates or organic solvents .

Some brands have even reached tensile strength levels of 3.5 MPa or higher, and fracture elongation of up to 700%, greatly surpassing industry averages and ensuring that the adhesive remains stable in extreme temperature environments ranging from -50°C to 120°C
