Application Scenarios
TM511 High-strength Elastic MS Polymer is mainly used for pasting and fixing various large-area components and various plates, and can continuously maintain high-strength bonding to materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, plastic, glass, ceramic tile and wood.
● The glued part must be dry, tidy, strong and not loose, free of floating sand, and the wood must not have oil seepage.
● Adhesive glue must have enough bonding area to ensure that the bonding strength meets the requirements, and press hard to make the glue as thin as possible when pasting.
● After the glue is applied, the glue should be pasted before the surface of the glue is skinned. Note that the skinning time will be shortened at high temperatures. Please stick it as soon as possible after applying the glue.
● Applying glue on the oily surface or waxed surface may affect the adhesion. Please clean the bonding surface and apply the glue.
● The high-strength elastic MS Polymer is stored for 9 months in dry and cool environment. and the recommended storage temperature is 10℃~25℃ (not exceeding 45℃).
