The surface to be painted must be free from grease, dirt, and loose materials. Newly constructed walls must be fully dry, with moisture content below 14% and pH below 10. Unpainted wood or metal should be properly primed before application.
New concrete walls must cure for 30 days before painting.
Ensure that putty is not soft; once dry, smooth with fine sandpaper and dust off.
For repainting old walls, use a scraper to remove loose material, then sand to eliminate any flaky paint.
Fill in wall defects with appropriate putty.
Scrape off mold and sand the area to remove traces.
Apply a suitable mold removal solution and rinse with clean water, allowing it to dry thoroughly.
